Why it matters

People choose who to trust with their money

Before someone hands over their tax documents or signs an insurance policy, they want to know who they're dealing with. Most of them will look you up online first, and a business with no website, or only a social media page, can look temporary.

A professional website shows that you're established, that you're qualified and how to reach you — and it works for you all year, not only in tax season.

FAQ

Common questions from tax and insurance offices

What's included and how much does it cost?

Plans start at $690 USD for the first 12 months (Basic, up to 6 pages), with Plus at $990 USD (up to 10 pages) and Max at $1,590 USD (up to 20 pages). Every plan includes your domain, SSL certificate, hosting and maintenance. Renewal from year 2 is $220, $320 or $510 USD per year. Need something larger? We'll quote it to fit your needs.

Can my clients send me their documents through the website?

Not through the contact form. Social Security numbers, tax returns and other sensitive documents should go through the secure client portal you already use. Your website links to that portal so clients find it easily; we don't build portals.

Can I update my notices during tax season?

Yes. Changing your tax season banner, extended hours or specials is part of the maintenance included in your plan.

Can my website be in English and Spanish?

Yes. Many of your clients may prefer Spanish for something as important as their taxes or their insurance, and a bilingual website tells them right away that you can help them in their language.

Can I show my credentials and reviews?

Yes. We display your credentials exactly as they were issued — PTIN, Enrolled Agent, CPA or your state insurance license — along with your Google reviews.

Does it work for an agency with several offices?

Yes. Each office can have its own address, hours, phone number and map. For several offices, the Plus or Max plan usually fits best.
