For website packages, you pay 30% to get started and 70% when your website is delivered. Annual renewals are paid in full at renewal. For other services, just ask us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on the size of the change.

You have a 15-day grace period. If you don't renew or request a transfer by then, your website is taken off the server and goes offline. If you want to reactivate it later, you only pay your annual renewal: there's no need to rebuild it.

Yes. If you decide not to renew your hosting and maintenance plan, we hand over your website files and transfer your domain for a one-time transfer fee of $190 USD.

Yes, we build all kinds of websites: personal sites, events, artists, campaigns and organizations, as well as business websites.

No. We don't manage or post on social media, but your website can link to your social profiles so customers can find you there too.

Yes, we manage paid ad campaigns on Google. We don't run ads on Facebook, Instagram or other social networks. Message us for a quote on your campaign.

Yes. To redesign a website built by another provider, the domain is transferred to our server, and the cost is the same as a new website.
